Post body
Do you feel comfortable enough to write how you really feel?  Do you hold back how you really feel so it does not discourage other members?  Are you modest when it comes to sharing your good news?  Do you avoid 'complaining' because others’ situations may be worse than yours?

I have been lurking on this site for many years, with low-self esteem and other mental health issues, I kept things to myself, thinking no one would be interested in my thoughts and stories. After a long deep depression I now feel myself again. The things i have to say need to be heard, if only for my peace of mind. Alao i have many things I do to cope and to help eleviate all the bad thoughts and feelings that come with this most evil disease. I must submit my 2¢ CDN!

It's nice to hear that people feel safe being honest and posting how they feel. We are here to listen through the good times and the bad. It's also great that people are putting thought into their posts and providing relevant information and are careful of how others may take their post.

Thank you everyone for contributing to this wonderful community and sharing your journey to help others.

I try to keep things honest and don't skip tons. I will say though that when I read in someone else's post about chemo farts I was like, "Oh! That's a thing?" That was one thing I didn't think anyone needed to hear about my life...lol.
