Dealing with cancer isn’t easy. Many describe this as being on an emotional roller coaster. Today we would like to put a spotlight on the things that make you smile – big or small. 3 things that make me smile are the sun shining on a cold day, dogs playing together, and a child making a snow angel in the snow outside by the playground.
*door-dropping a home-made treat for a neighbor who had some oral surgery
*laughing with the folks at work about something really ridiculous that happened to me on the bus…..let's just say I will be leaving a change of clothes at work going forward….

I cannot remember a day, (literally even my most disappointing), in my life where I haven't smiled and laughed…..doesn't do much for the wrinkles, but hey - that's what botox is for! #amiright

My son's ideas for tattoo coverups to hide my double mastectomy scars are funny….for instance he suggested tattooing eyelashes on them so they look like closed eyes :)

not a single ‘winning the lottery’, or ‘buying a new “anything”' in the lot!
really demonstrates that the most meaningful things in life are truly the simple pleasures; time shared with others, friends, family, fur babies and enjoying the here and now.
