A Year to Celebrate

A Year to Celebrate

Posted by SpeedyStill on Jan 1, 2020 7:15 pm

May of 2010 was the last Chemotherapy Treatment for my Non Hodgkins Lymphoma B-cell.
May 2020 will be 10 years
Losing all my hair and going through the treatments was worth it.
My wife who is a Nurse said after the diagnosis that I had a choice refuse the treatments or take them with all the challanges that go with it. She said that there were no guarantees.
I choose the treatments, followed the Oncologists orders and with support and an inner drive to live the treatments were successful.
Not everyone can have my story but keep love and hope in your heart and you can live your story.
