Mammoprint

Yesterday I was given a compassionate (free) option to submit my pathology specimen for a mammoprint ( tests 70 genetic factors) that will guide decisions as to whether chemo is required . If low, no! Very similar to oncotype for which I did not qualify for due to having a positive lymph node.
I am glad there is such a test, too bad I wasn't just called to give consent, so now have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for results.

Hi Rikki‍ ,
I was offered the OncoDx test and my test result was a low score of 5, so chemotherapy was not recommended by my medical oncologist in my my case.

I’m glad that these tests can better guide us on whether chemo would be beneficial according to our unique diagnosis. Good luck on the mammoprint!

I hope the time goes quickly!

what does your treatment plan look like right now? Have you had surgery?
