Lianne_Moderato‍ Would it be possible to have a brief “how to” or faq section at the top of the profile, or other introduction page so that when new members are welcomed they are also told how to eg. tag etc. Or alternatively would it help when they are first welcomed to be given a link to faq? It is sometimes hard to navigate the site if one is already stressed, is not computer savvy and may not even know what a faq is.

Our FAQ is included with the new member welcome message that is sent upon registration. And then they are directed on a quick tour of the site when they first log on. However, it is never a bad time to share the tips and help with anyone that may need it.
