If I may add, as a patient, there are some credits you may be allowed too, such as the Disability Tax Credit. And if not for you, for your spouse/partner.
You may want to ask about those, too. As for the Caregiver credits, note it's not just for Ontario, those can be for all Canadians (yes, even Quebec). So if you're interested at all, please do join the conference, it can be beneficial.
Otherwise, if you can't make it, I can post references for people if they are interested (for the tax side anyway).
@Trillium Any time. I can’t get into specifics, but I can answer general individual tax questions. Like no personal stuff. But if people have a question on if a credit exits for x or y, I may be able to help.
