I am so sorry to hear about your brother's diagnosis. How is he doing? How about you? When my husband was diagnosed I lost it. I went through counseling and sought help from great people on a site like this. It sure made a real difference in my life to be able to talk to others going through this.
Does he have a spouse and kids? Are you going to be his main caregiver? I am here to talk any time.

Thanks gitanna68 for the update. My husband was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcome Dec 08 2017 and will be seeing the surgeon, first dr visit. on Monday Jan 15. I am so grateful to read your update as I am feeling rather down with all this waiting to see how severe his cancer is. God bless.
I was just diagnosed with a malignant fibromotosis tumour I am told i may have the NF1 gene mutation my brother had 6 years ago and well continues to have. We have seen a sarcoma tissue specialist and then we're referred to the NF1 clinic at Toronto Western. I have a lovely wife and two beautiful daughters.
My husbands cancer is back!!!! Another leiomyosarcoma in his right upper arm, same spot as before. They removed the second sarcoma and have now found that there are 3 leiomyosarcomas in his lungs, waiting to see a lung oncologist now. Has anyone gone through this and won this terrible disease?
