Thanks Ellie...glad to hear its going well...I did #5 chemo today and I have one left to go..yippie and then I have 2 weeks radiation starting April 16...It's a up hill battle, but thank god its up hill :)

Hi Courage, I would have second thoughts on reconstruction as mine didn't work out and went through hell. I had a hysterectomy with bilateral salapingo oophorectomy which went well. Good Luck on your decision,

Thinking of you as well. My 1st chemo was not that good...vomitting for 6 hrs after the treatment. But a week later I feel alot better..next chemo for me "FEC" will be on Dec 30...what a nice way to end the year. But I do believe 2012 will be a better year for the both of us. Merry Christmas Ellie...may god watch over you and give you the strength you need to fight this disease.

Hi Courage...So far so good i have one done and still feeling o.k and yes i guess we will lose are hair together but hey it will grow back...I have 9 chemo 3 of them one every 3 weeks and then 6 at one a week and then 25 radiation treatments so going to be a long winte...Godd luck with your treatment tomorrow and let me know how you make out try be poitive and you will do fine... So how are things going and what were your final results? How was chemo? I have to start tomorrow ..I have to do 6 rounds every 21 days. I guesss we will be losing our hair around the same time...just in time for Christmas :(
