Good news update

I met with my Medical Oncologist today and he had some good news. He is not recommending chemo but 16 rounds of radiation and ?? of years of Tamoxifen. He is however sending a sample of the pathology to the states for the DX Oncotype testing -- this could change everything. I am still optomistic that I will not need chemo. I am so relieved. I know I will deal with whatever I have to ... but it is nice knowing finally.

I did not need chemo but had 16 rounds of radiation (finished August 2010). Hope all goes well for you.
