status: Careful what you wish for you just might get it. I wished for a boob job, laser hair removal and to lose weight. Well I got that breast surgery it just so happened the one is smaller than the other. I didn’t mean all my hair and this weight loss plan is nasty. Well I got my wish… Love yourself for yourself..

That is crazy… I had to go through it all twice. My ultrasound showed a small lump in my armpit but they did not biopsy that lump when they did the biopsy on the original site so my surgeon did...

The wait with the Anxiousness is hard. I found being informed helped me through the first process. The best web site to answer all your questions is www.breastcancer.org it’s the American breast cancer site but I find it to be the most helpful and easy to understand. Don’t trust all websites stick to the big ones because your surgeons nurse should give you a list of safe web sites. What area are you in if you don’t mind me asking? I am in Southern Alberta. I hope you have family that can help you through this process. If you have any questions at all there is a lot of lady’s that have been where you are on this site or are there with you. How old are your little guys? They are cute.. Look forward to hearing from you

Hi Fran, I am just starting out. Just found out Jan 31 that I have an invasive ductal carcinoma. I go to consult with a surgeon Feb 14th. I know they will want to remove it which is fine. Just getting anxious about the next step after that. Waiting is hard!
